Pre-Purchase Tree Survey
Before purchasing a house, it is often necessary to conduct a Pre-Purchase Tree Survey to provide a report to satisfy mortgage lenders or insurers. This also may be required when changing your insurance provider.
This type of report will determine if any tree located within or near the potential property grounds won't pose a threat to the structural integrity of the house or the well-being of those residing in the home or on the property, and reassure these organisations.
A few things we look out for...
Risk of subsidence
Potential of harm to people or property
Direct damage from tree roots
Local Planning Authority constraints
